DentaLux is a digital marketplace that connects dental professionals and related users with verified third-party suppliers of dental products and materials. DentaLux does not manufacture, sell, or own the products listed on the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities conducted through your account, and providing accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Supplier Verification
While we strive to verify suppliers on our platform, DentaLux is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products advertised or sold by third-party vendors. Product issues, defects, compliance, or warranties remain the responsibility of the respective vendor.
5. Limitation of Liability
DentaLux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
6. Payments & Transactions
Payments may be completed using supported methods such as cash on delivery, bank transfers, or other electronic payment methods made available from time to time. DentaLux facilitates transactions but is not responsible for payment disputes between users and vendors, except as required by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.
